Gemini Image Prompts for PMs are Insane

I’ve spent way too much of my life trying to make project management slides look even remotely interesting. Finding the right visual or building a quick infographic can be a total productivity killer, right?

Well, it looks like Gemini’s image generation is a game-changer for this. I saw a fantastic post from someone who’s been using it for daily PM tasks, and the results are awesome. You can literally just describe the visual you have in your head, and it creates it for you. It’s especially handy if your org is already on Google Workspace.

✍️ Here are some killer prompts to try:

📊 Create crisp infographics to explain team processes, like the “4 pillars of Agile Development.”

Whip up powerful visual metaphors for your slides. Think “a small boat representing the project being slowed down by a huge anchor labeled ‘new features’.”

🥧 Generate simple charts on the fly, like a “pie chart showing resource allocation for Product, Marketing, and Operations.”

🚀 Illustrate your vision to get the team inspired. Try creating a “photo-realistic ‘path to success’ metaphor with a road leading to a goalpost labeled ‘Market Leadership’.”

🗓️ Turn data into a timeline. You can even ask it to create an infographic based on a table of tasks, showing what’s completed, in progress, or not started.

🛑 A Quick Heads-Up

The tool is incredibly useful, but it can still mess up the spelling on images that have a lot of text. So if you’re generating a detailed infographic, you’ll want to double-check the output.
